At V coat, we have specialized in high-performance surface treatment since 1973. This year we are celebrating an important milestone with the expansion of our company to a second site in Bilzen. Our two locations, Heusden-Zolder and Bilzen, each have their own focus and strengths, but both guarantee top quality.
Durable paintwork
We already specialized in wet coating, powder coating, printing and EMI shielding. We also perform assembly work and offer custom finishes for various industries. Our expertise in fine surface treatments is central to everything we do. With this new site, we can now handle larger pieces for both wet and powder coating. Thanks to the new facilities here, we can process large volumes up to 2000 kg with dimensions up to 8000 mm long, 4000 mm wide and 2000 mm high. V coat is strongly committed to sustainability for the future. Among other things, this is reflected in the choice of our new site, where we work exclusively with mechanical pre-treatment, without the use of chemicals. In addition, most of our production is powered by green energy from our own solar panels. Thanks to sustainable processes, combined with the latest technologies, our modern site in Bilzen positions itself as a leading location for ecologically responsible paint applications.New site, more features
Heusden-Zolder (headquarters since 1973) Our first facility in Heusden-Zolder is the core of our business. Here we combine years of experience with high technology to take on both small and large-scale paint jobs.
- 3 wet-paint booths: for precise wet-paint treatments.
- 3 wet paint lines: optimized for various applications and sectors.
- 2 powder lines: for a durable and abrasion-resistant finish.
- 1 automatic wet painting and powder coating line: ideal for large-scale and complex jobs with a blast cabinet (mechanical pre-treatment).
- 1 manual powder line: flexible and perfect for larger pieces with a manual blast cabinet for finer finishes.
