As an ambassador of our services, you know how to convince customers in Wallonia of our qualities and assets. You are involved in the commercial process from A to Z: from prospecting to the follow-up of offers to delivery to the customer. You guarantee a meticulous customer follow-up. You are a commercial “hunter” who conducts structured, targeted and organized prospecting.
With a listening ear and your technical knowledge and insight, you know how to identify the client’s needs in order to propose a targeted solution. This is how you convince the customer why they should choose Vcoat. Because Quality and Lightning fast action are not just a few of our core values with which we distinguish ourselves on the market. Finally, you keep a daily record of your customer contacts via our own CRM/ERP package.
Profile
- With your communication skills, healthy portion of perseverance and commercial flair, you know how to bind and maintain customers to us.
- You function at the bachelor’s level and can present an affinity for engineering.
- You are computer literate enough to learn our proprietary ERP package and MS Office holds no secrets for you.
- You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of Dutch.
- Needless to say, we are enthusiastic about a smooth personality, someone who perseveres even when the going gets tough but above all is driven to grow V coat as a team.
