Our paint shop is growing rapidly, which is why we’re looking for a driven sales professional—a dealmaker who can conquer the market and fill our order book to the brim.
As a commercial ambassador for Vcoat, you’ll play an active role in driving our growth in Belgium.
You:
✔ Opens new doors: You actively seek out potential customers in the metal, plastics, or manufacturing industries.
✔ Capitalizing on relationships: You advise existing customers on our high-quality painting techniques.
✔ Closing deals: You translate the customer’s needs into a competitive, winning proposal.
✔ Become a market expert: You’ll spot trends and opportunities in the market faster than the competition.
✔ Monitors quotes and projects from start to finish
✔ Keeps everything organized in our CRM/ERP system
In short: you combine actual business development with relationship management.
Who are we looking for?
✔ Sales Representative: You’re results-oriented and get a thrill out of both cold and warm outreach.
✔ A born networker: You’re just as comfortable talking to a buyer as you are to a production manager.
✔ Interest in technology: Experience in painting, coating, and surface treatment is a major plus.
✔ Self-starter: You have a positive attitude, are proactive and flexible, and always focus on solutions.
